FOOD QUALITY HOSE

The universal hose to handle fatty (especially animal and vegetable fats/oils) and non-fat foods. Also for conveying alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and fruit juices.

All food qualities used by SIMON meet the current requirements of the German Institute for Consumer health Protection and Veterinary Medicine (BGVV) and the US Food & Drug Administration (FDA).

Construction:

  • Light-coloured NBR tube
  • Tension and pressure-resistant fabric inlays
  • Concealed steel spiral
  • Blue abrasion-resistant, weather-resistant
  • Optional: black, light or red cover
  • Optional: Embedded copper wire
  • Interior smooth, exterior fabric patterned
  • Suitable for CIP and conventional cleaning, brief steam
    cleaning up to 130°C

High-quality finish for the beverage industry. To handle carbon dioxide, non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages up to an alcohol content of 96%.
