VEHICLE EXHAUST HOSE

Robust version for workshops, test-beds etc. Suitable for hose rollers, drive-over proof, long-term loading up to 160°C, short-term to 190°C.

Anti-kink finish due to plastic spiral with very good bending characteristics.

Construction:

EXPANDABLE HOSE

For canalization work, or for tunnel, mining and spring construction. Pressures up to 60 bar and inflatable > 2 x external diameter. Wall thicknesses on request.

BRIDGE DRAINAGE HOSE

Connection element to drain waste water from bridge structures. Highly flexible version with and without widened endings. Operation as a rule at zero-pressure. Temperature resistant from -35°C to +100°C.

DOUBLE-WALLED HOSE

To handle solid, liquid and gaseous media in a temperature range from -40°C to +220°C. The double-walled hose performs far more than a pure protective function in the application involved. It also assumes safety and transport tasks at the same time.

Construction:

• Inner tube matched to the application involved.
  For cross-section stability with integrated steel spiral.
• Outer hose in abrasion-resistant and media-resistant quality.
  The outer hose prevents leaking of the handled medium
  on damage to the inner tube and (when connected
  to an alarm system) warns the operator of the leak.

Only available with special fittings matched to the application involved. Flange connections with DIN, ANSI (ASA) or special bore or as quick-coupling system.

Can be combined with testing and monitoring systems. .

HEATED HOSE SYSTEMS

Industrial or spiral hoses with an integrated heating system, complete with temperature sensor and controller. This version is extremely robust at a low weight. Especially suitable for outdoor transport tasks with solid and liquid media. Temperature resistant from -40°C to +220°C depending on the application.

HEAT PROTECTION HOSE

Special hose for use in steelworks, foundries and other applications with high ambient temperatures. With optional steel spiral very flexible and stable cross-section.

Construction:

• Light or dark-coloured special tube
• Special fabric inlays
• Heatproof glass-fibre surround (to max. 500°C) or
• Heatproof silicate surround (to max. 1200°C)
• Optional: Concealed steel spiral
• Optional: Flame-resistant cover

MAXIMUM PRESSURE HOSE

Industrial hose for high pressure loads in the liquid and gaseous media fields. Elastomer used based on application or agreement with customer. Fittings vulcanized on at both ends in DIN DIN, ANSI (ASA) or special bore. Temperature resistant from -40°C to +160°C depending on application.

Construction:

• Special quality tube

• UV, ozone and weather-resistant cover

SLEEVES FOR PINCH VALVE

To shut off and dose liquids, powders or granulates in pinch valves. Working pressures from 2 to 10 bar.
Manufacturer's tests prove excellent service life, very high cycle rates and easy assembly. Temperature resistant from -40°C to +220°C depending on the medium handled.

PERISTALTIC PUMP HOSE

For use in peristaltic pumps to transport aggressive media, abrasive materials, highly viscous liquids and foodstuffs in practically all industrial fields.

Construction:

SIMON - peristaltic pump hoses are manufactured with special fabric inlays developed specifically for the application. This guarantees harmonious flexing with permanently stable cross-sections.

With the dynamically adjusted elastomers mixtures the result is lower overpressing with perfect tightness and low working temperatures This achieves exceptionally long service life.

These hoses are polished with abrasive tools in special alloys. This method guarantees an homogenous surface microstructure of the peristaltic pump hose without affecting the elastomer's quality.

CONNECTING ELEMENTS

Preformed connecting element to handle gasses, liquids with solid content, or highly abrasive solids in the suction and pressure field.
Outstanding as a substitute for steel arches or steel funnels with longer service lives. Temperature resistant from -40°C to +260°C depending on the application.

ROLLER COVERINGS

We produce roller coverings for customer finishing or offer all services from first-time gumming or re-gumming.

1. Roller cover hoses: Various qualities with fabric inlays and/or structured surfaces.

2. Roller gumming: New manufacturing with roller core and re-gumming, gumming of roller cores provided by the customer (re-gumming), polishing of gummed rollers.
